The project used a design-build project approach to implement a facility that would allow for a high quality effluent discharge for groundwater infiltration. The process selected was a Membrane Bioreactor to meet effluent limits as well as provide a system with a small footprint in a highly visible location in the development.

SPI Role:
SPI developed the membrane bioreactor system procurement and performed a detailed life cycle analysis of the MBR system proposals. SPI provided review of the MBR system design, shop drawings and provided overall system training.
